Laurence in Oldham was lovely, selling jewellery is always hard, but he made it a pleasurable experience. The price given beat two other well known pawnbrokers also by quite a lot. A really good experience! Will definitely visit again.

Very poor service my son bought his girlfriend a pair of gold earrings and they bent slightly when clipping them together. We took them back to the shop just to ask if they could fix them. He didn't want a refund. However we was met by a lady who was very stand offish and said you can't have a refund which that wasnt what we was going to ask, very bad customer service. They did fix them but what a fuss my son felt as is he was not good enough to be in the shop. Will not buy anything from there again.
