A shout out to Sarah who was patient with me finding the parts I needed and offering very helpful alternatives for parts that were not in stock or online only. “I would recommend this store in Shaw to those who are deaf/hard of hearing. My partner visited our local Rochdale Branch and they barely even look at customers never mind try and communicate - he always struggles there and I think there should be some training provided there to improve customer service. We dropped by this branch in Shaw and was served by the store manager Alan who could surprisingly communicate via BSL with my partner and we were able to find the product we needed with his assistance.
