Best bank in Oldham! The staff are always supportive and willing to help, even when they are short staffed. I?ll continue to bank with HSBC as long as they employ staff as great as these guys!

Absolutely disgraceful customer services, made an appointment for today, arrived promptley only to be told they had no staff they had all rang in sick that morning. It was obvious no one had checked the diary for the days appointments so they could be cancelled, worst bank in Oldham.

Well Curtis you certainly restored our faith in HSBC today. Our last two visits to the branch were appalling, previously it felt like there was a bodyguard on the door who only wanted to discuss personal details in a very public environment! A note to HSBC, get a Curtis in each of your branches, your customer loyalty will improve and you'll thrive as a business!

Came in today with my husband. We was eventually shown some understanding and support by a young man called Harris after he was advised by his manager.Thank you for being helpful as we required those documents and we really couldn't afford the delay.Good luck in getting a job in Accountancy.

Very very disappointed about my experience today. I had to wait nearly 3 hours to get my problem solved which was only a second job!!! I was there with a baby who couldn?t wait that long!!!! Lack of proper staff was the main issue staff at the counter not knowing enough guided me wrong!! I was use to be very proud of this banks customer service but sorry to say not anymore!!

Rude staff, it would seem that HSBC don't want actual high street branches anymore as the staff seem to be incapable of actually doing anything other than pointing at a machine and telling you that you need to use that or do it online. I have another account with a different bank where the staff are genuinely really helpful and polite so I guess I'll be moving my HSBC account to them.

I have banked with HSBC for over 5 years and have always found them helpful. Until just recently. Although the issue has now been resolved. It is why I've lowered the stars. That and the fact since Covid19 the staff onsite is just two!

This bank doesn?t care about the climate. In the last 5 years it has invested $111billion in climate destroying fossil fuels- coal, oil, gas, fracking, tar sands etc. People are already dying and being displaced because of climate change. Whole ecosystems are being destroyed and hundreds of species go extinct each week. HSBC talks about green ambitions. There is no time left for this- we need action NOW! Otherwise, they will be complicit in genocide.
