I ordered dinning chairs and they dispatched immediately. Unfortunately leg bottom parts of chairs were missing. They sent the parts immediately no questions asked. Their service was very good and responded messages/calls politely. I think it would be a good idea to check the goods several times before dispatching. Overall the Langham velvet dining chairs are very comfortable.

Absolutely love our bar stools. They match our kitchen perfectly, they're very comfortable, were easy to assemble and the service fro Lakeland was spot on.

I have now replaced both of our existing bar stool bases that were feeling very unstable with new units from Lakeland. They are very easy to fit and have given us great stability.

Delivered earlier than expected. Stools were just as described on website and easy to build. Great looking stools that are well constructed and fit together perfectly. Hopefully they will continue to be durable in use....

Delivery was fast ! Really pleased with the chair - super padded and comfy and assembly was very easy - 4 screws and spanner provided . Will definitely be using Lakeland again !

I ordered 2 Breakfast Bar stools, and was a little worried after I had checked other reviews, but found the price, in comparison to other sites to good to turn down. Very glad I did, I'm delighted with the product, both stools look great, cost around 40% of other sites, suit my kitchen brilliantly and delivery was fast and efficient. No issues whatsoever.

Chair was delivered quickly but came without any assembly instructions so I had to contact customer support services.Yes, most folk might have worked out how to put the chair together but not me and I feel this is something that should be double checked before the box containing chair is sealed.When you're paying £100 for an item, I don't think you deserve any hassle when it arrives.

Happy with our new dining room chairs although some of the screws provided were not quite long enough so i will have to look for some replacements.The chairs themselves are very comfortable and a good price and match my bar stools so look great.Overall very happy with them.

Recieved a stool so light that it tipped over with minimal force, had a few people sit in it and all felt unsafe. When requested a to return it was told it could be as it was 'used in a commerical space' which was untrue and never mentioned anywhere in their return policy.Cheaply made items and increibly poor customer service.

Great product, delivered very quickly. Easy assembly but unfortunately one seat was slightly damaged. Customer services were first rate and delivered us a replacement seat within 5 working days of raising the issue. Given this day and age I was impressed.
