What is the point of being open on a Saturday? When it?s self service and there is no counter service. What do people do who work full time?Clearly you go into the bank as you need counter service or you would have done the things you wanted online if it was possible! Staff are just rude.

I had a really bad experience at the Oldham NatWest today the stuff was so rude she was not even helping me she wasn?t listening what I?m trying to say to her she misunderstood me and she didn?t let me take my money out and she was asking me my personal question even the people around me she could have took me to a different room and ask me those question I would happy to answer her. Now I?m gonna close all my account with NatWest and go with a different bank.

We just bought our very first home that was on hold before lockdown. When I went in to transfer the funds the level of service i received was outstanding and they explained what the process would be aswell as enquire where we were moving. They then asked if we wanted house insurance which we did and they spent even more time helping us choose the best options etc .They took all the stress & pressure I was feeling away. They wished us well .4 days later in our home a bottle of champagne arrived on the post from all the team and I was truly bowled over, so I would like to thank Carol and all the team for all your professionalism, care and thoughtfulness.

There doesn't seem to be enough staff taylor to the mass influx of customers it has. Been waiting for well over an hour to see someone about a very important issue. Other banks iv used in the past have never been this packed, I felt like cattle due for slaughter.

Too busy, long waiting times most of the time, not as easy to use as other banks in the area.

Long queues

This is the only bank left in the town .and there is only two cashier in the bank.that means the line of customers is up to the front door.. It needs more cashiers to make a good bank better.

Just stood in a queue here for almost an hour to simply deposit cash into the bank. Far too slow. Only three service windows out of four open, with a queue out of the door. The queues are also misguiding for people as there is a line for the interior deposit/cash machines, a line for the banking windows and a line for the general help desk all of which converge at the main door into a mass of people which is completely off putting and confusing. People cutting into lines without realising they are doing it. This is what you get when you unnecessarily and prematurely close down local branches to save money. I used to use the Royton branch which always had a waiting line as well...yet it was closed, along with others. Banking is turning into an online thing and there's not the same need for branches on every corner anymore...fair enough, but people still need to deposit cash and come into branch for other things. I almost had to leave the line and wait all over again as the car parking meter was about to run out of time. That being said, the three stars are for the staff who are being run absolutely ragged behind the counters and take it all in their stride whilst being as quick as they can. But the waiting times are a joke. Not the fault of the staff here, but definitely the fault of Natwest as a whole.
