I use this Post Office regularly and the counter staff are always very helpful and courteous. They are all knowledgeable in a wide range of products they offer such as passports and postage costs and I would highly recommend this Post Office.

get your mobile ? gear here 10/10 would definitely recommend ? ive had a Nokia and a Sony now and these guys go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your *new purchase.transferring files and data navigating your way around with tools and apps ? better than any phone shop I've been too in fact come to think of it I'm due a new phone ? the deals they put together are out of this world ? free case after sales.

The post office part is good. The phone repair part is the worst customer experience I have ever had.I traded in phone plus cash + £195. The upgrade was working fine until it didn't charge - needed battery.From there 4 other faults over 2 months...2x usb's replaced, connection between usb and battery. Basically stopped working again - asked for money back and was refused.It took threats of legal action and reporting fraud ( owner didn't have his part of my receipt) so I guess the thought of the taxman checking over his receipts made the owner pay up after weeks of stalling.You as a customer have 6 months to get money back if sold a dud item.My guess he doesn't check the phones he sells.

Just had a new fan and battery in my laptop and the service I got was great. A quote was given before the parts were ordered, the parts were fitted quickly and the price was good. Hassan was very friendly and easy to deal with. Would definitely use PhoneTech again, and would recommend them to others. Thanks.
