I don?t know about the Oldham branch but the one in Hyde was really insensitive and unhelpful when I tried to bring back my deceased so. In laws cancer drugs to be disposed of safely. Just got an obstructive attitude from the staff who were very busy discussing their holidays while a queue built up!

Very rude staff not helpful I've changed chemist now. Very unhelpful dont listen and not polite. Needs an audit for customer service. Alot off staff but they are incompetant.

Got my flu Jab from here in the 30th September 2022. Very professional people.Thank you very much WELL pharmacy. ??....Not like Lloyds pharmacy (LloydsPharmacy, Oldham Integrated Care Centre, New Radcliffe St, Oldham OL1 1NL) who were totally incompetent.?

Never had an issues always polite and welcoming with everyone. Found the staff to be very professional and approachable never had any issues with stock. The shop itself is well stocked and priced good offers that are highlighted. It?s just a lovely team thank you.

Always loosing medication saying they havnt recieved my perscription when they have had it since last week very rude on the phone and always having to owe you things they have a text message system in place to say when you get a text it means your perscription is ready well you go over to collect it and she says have you had a text errr yeh oh it will be a few minutes it's not ready yet nothing is ever ready always have to wait for a tick to be put on the box the chemist is a joke and somone of them need to go on a course to how to answer the telephone and speak to people. I will no longer be using this chemist av moved as from today.

Always never has the correct medication and have to owe it you all the time and then telling you when you call for the missing items that they already been recieved when they havent

Friendly, helpful and well informed staff take a personal interest in their clients. If they are unable to provide a particular requirement, they research the matter thoroughly. I have found the performance of the National Health Service to be less effective. Well is taking up the slack!!!
