Best post office in Manchester! Been using them since I was 16. Documents, packages and now for banking. They?re so friendly, especially Sigourney. There used to be long waits but that seems like it?s been sorted in the last year or so, as you?re served within a cpl of minutes. I hope this branch is here to stay and doesn?t get shut like others.

I do travel out of my way to deal with the Prestwich team. Over the last few years I have found the customer service to be of the highest standard from all of them. I would like to make a special mention of Lisa. On Monday, I was greeted with her customary inimitable smile and she automatically knows what needs to be done. At this time of the year, Lisa sets an example to us all by wearing her poppy/poppies with pride.

Great post office there can sometimes be a queue but they always have many people working so it goes really quick. Received great customer service from Sigourney, she advised the best delivery for me and she had great knowledge on all of their services.

I attended the Prestwich (Kingswood Road) branch to seek help with my Travel Card.I was served by Jane who was so helpful, and despite my ignorance and inability to understand the problem, she explained the process in simple terms that even I could easily grasp !I?ve just returned from Greece, and all went smoothly with no further issues when using the travel card.Excellent service, and well done Jane.10/10?

My dad goes in the post office for me all the time with my business parcels, he always has something nice to say about the people who work there! We live near much closer post offices however we travel to this one just for the friendly customer service we always receive!Genuinely the nicest workers ever who always have a smile on their faces and look happy to serve you. Can?t say the same about our local post offices who sit on their phones and hate working there.Thank you for making always being lovely to my dad and serving him with a smile, it?s much appreciated!

As a regular at this particular branch, I have to say the staff are fabulous,helpful and very efficient. Just today I got served by Lizzie who was as amazing as always. A big thanks to everyone there.

Really lovely staff just wait times are sooo sloww almost every time. Could do with getting yet more lovely staff to manage this. 5* otherwise.

It's a nice post office, large with clear queueing space.Most of the staff are friendly. However, a particular staff member seems quite irritated when you take items in for proof of postage, if you have purchased your postage elsewhere e.g. on eBay as a seller.I thought I was imagining it until I spoke to Royal Mail recently about setting up a business account because I don't like going to the post office every day. The person that I spoke to at RM said I probably wasn't imagining it and that it's not the first time she has heard this from online sellers.So apart from this, it's a nice space for all your postal needs.

pay rise? you have to be open to sell stamps and weigh parcels to charge a cost !unless AUTOMATED.
