I ordered my Covid vaccination through here !! that was fine !! I phoned twice to arrange a flu vaccination!!! Covid yes flu no go to a better pharmacy ie Lloyds or Tesco

Looked up on the web shows they are open on a Sunday so I rang to see if they had what I wanted in stock, theres a phone message about needing to download their app to order repeat prescriptions and then the phone hangs up...not a very helpful system

I order every week, they have stayed open so I could pick up late on one occasion, the staff are all friendly and do try to help, I can imagine there's a lot to deal with on a daily basis so the odd mix up has occurred, generally speaking the service and staff are very good. 4/5 for me very good.

I found all staff very helpful, I later needed to speak to the Pharmacist to know if I could use two of the treatment at same time.Very helpful and reassuring.
