I had a fantastic shopping experience at Argos . The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my visit enjoyable. The store had a great selection of products, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The prices were reasonable, and the checkout process was quick and efficient. Overall, a top-notch shopping destination with excellent service!

It doesn?t even deserve one star, I bought shaver there and pay for cover £40, my shaver price was 224£ but they took the clipper to repair and they couldn?t then they only send me the money 120 . Well ripped me off ?????

My family have shopped here for years and I can remember most of my childhood with parents buying things from Argos. But as an adult now, having experienced shopping here, the customer service is appalling- very different to 20 years ago which is the opposite of what you would expect. Returning faulty items can be extremely difficult and embarrassing. Staff don't believe what you tell them, you get interrogated, asked a million questions, get denied a refund, and only get a refund if you know your rights and tell them you know your rights. E.g. I once tried to return a faulty child's car seat - was only a month old, buckle unclipped on its own so I didnt think it was safe for my child. The manager told me it looked fine to her so refund was denied. Only when I spoke to customer service amd explained it was a health and safety hazard, they agreed a refund. I do understand staff need to reduce the number of unnecessary returns, but this type of behaviour is the reason why people opt to shop online now.

Went in Argos retail park Rochdale I haven't been for a few years I asked the lady for a book to look at she said thei don't do them I asked could she help me on computer cos I didn't know how to work them she took time out to help me and I got my things so thankful for the lady didn't know her name how nice

Terrible service. I didn't receive part of the item and when I called them and asked said they would deliver in 2 days, 2days later nothing came, called AGAIN and said that I would have to wait 2 more days, waited and the part came but it was damaged. The amount of stress that I have gone through these past few days because of argos is absolutely horrible. When I tried to ring the number on the instruction manual for the wardrobe it didn't work, and half the time the lines for argos customer services are busy. They also do not send a specific time as to when the part WOULD arrive, I'm not at my old flat 24/7 and would greatly appreciate if they would send an email, message or a call to say the specific time. Terrible service overall.

Staff member at customer service did not allow me to return an item because the box was open and product had been taken out of the box. Took the same item to the Oldham Argos and they returned it no questions asked. Staff here are clueless

My father returned a Samsung tv that the screen had stopped working on, that he bought from This store, when he bought it he got a 3 year ARGOS extended warranty. The store manager ( Michael) told him to return it to Samsung, and that he would not accept it! If he?d had known this is what argos would do with a faulty item, he would have got a Samsung extended warranty! Or simply bought it from PC World!!

Had to put one star as it won?t let me post if you give no stars at all n that?s what I would give!!! 0 star ??What a Joke this store is and the way it runs!!!Take ur money for a dryer that they don?t even have in stock!! Promise delivery twice and get let down as no delivery because of NO STOCK!!! On two days so loss of earnings too!!Why take my money then?? N why re schedule a delivery when you still have NO STOCK!!Absolutely disgusting service!!!!And still waiting for me gift card compensation if I ever get it!!!
