Staff are second to none. Brilliant, but twice now I've had out of date items and today I've had proper alcohol put in the alcohol free, bang goes Dry January...... attention to little details, but the staff are so pleasant. ?

Beware of not getting a receipt from the staff in this shop. I bought a jar of Gold Blend Decaf by mistake. It cost almost £10.When I tried to take it back the day after for an exchange the staff would not exchange it for me as I did not have a receipt. I was never offered a receipt by the lady that served me the day earlier.Very very poor customer service.Won?t be spending any money in the Coop again.

Got to say, the attitude of the staff in this Co-op are top class. It?s the small things that a lot of shops get wrong. They always acknowledge you, always smile, are very friendly and can?t do enough to assist.Co-op, you should be very proud of the people in this store. Well done.

The staff are so friendly here & I always manage to get what I went in for. A great range of items available, an ATM & always service with a smile. I enjoy shopping here & there's often great offers on. If you get s Co-op reward card, you get money off your shop too, which always helps ?
