Staff is super friendly and helpful with my PayPoint transcations BUT the one new recruit definitely could do with a PayPoint tutorial. Been there twice now and left the shop disappointed. Huge inconvenience really. Nothing to do with the system coz it works but everything to do with "its not my fault my manager didnt teach me how to do that". Well since i was there before when newbie was there and she failed to figure how to do it, you would actually think she would ask and learn how to load up on PayPoint..but hey its 2020...blame it on the manager. Whatever happened to being proactive and actually providing a service you have.
