Would definitely recommend visiting this store instead of others, the customer service is brilliant. The staff really take their time to help with queries and I notice they go above and beyond. I used to use the Trafford Centre store, however, the staff there are always rushing, don't talk and don't really provide any customer service. Would highly suggest using the Rochdale store to purchase games etc and the staff are more willing to help. I also find that I am given lots of info and recommendations for games and I have ended up pre ordering a few games ?

Can't return items in store for a refund even though the law gives 14 day, will never buy from Game again, more trouble than its worth!

Waited over 10 minutes to be served. No one came to help and the sports direct staff can't serve on the games counter. Got the game elsewhere instead. Need staff on the tills. This isn't the first time either. Last time I was waiting in a line with 4 other people and over heard a member of staff saying their sick of a certain staff member not serving customers and staying in the back instead of working.... Not exactly good customer service.

Very well advised on console and the accessories to go with, helpful freinsly none pushy staff happy to help good advice and found me a better deal on the items I was looking for without being asked the way a shop should work.

Online the store states that it is open until 5pm, however I arrived at 16.20 today to find the shutters were down and the store was closed!
