Why only open 4 hours a day and with no excuses given. Queue was a long one by time it opened and took a long time to sort out a simple Transaction. Service in banks has become steadily poorer over the last few years. They should remember that not so long ago they were being bailed out using taxpayers money and should prioritise putting the customer first instead of trying to cut corners to save money and cutting down on staff.

Usually good service, but why is this branch closed again on the Saturday. It's 3rd Saturday when I needed to sort something out. I understand it's a difficult time but people still need banks open.

Having had bad experiences Yorkshire bank and TSB it was refreshing when a switched to Halifax in the spring of 2019 and I have had nothing good experiences I now have all my accounts with them and I know the staff are right there if I need them. Well done and keep up the good work

I have been there plenty of times and honestly they have always been really nice and professional. I don't think people should base their reviews just for not getting what they wanted due to bank rules and reg. The only thing that's bothering me is how often this bank gets affected by the rochdale intensive rain. Please try moving to the upper side of town.

Most horrible experience iv had at Halifax today after 25 years of banking with them. Great costumer service always but this new girl called sophie from Oldham failsworth made me feel so uncomfortable and uneasy sitting with her made me cringe. No smile what so ever and was asking personal questions.i felt like a criminal under investigation. All for applying for a credit card.

Staff were extremely rude insulting and uncooperative....know one seemed to know why we needed help or how to help after a blocked account due to PayPal depositing a penny amatah was disrespectful and distracted and the manager Adeel skug arrogant and made me feel inadequate because of mental and learning disabilities whilst customer following the Halifax staffs example laughed at my distress...
