PAY IN CASH MACHINES TAKE FOREVER AND DONT EVEN TAKE ANY CASH IN!After 10th try maybe £20 quid!Whereas you go into other bank takes a minute!

Sadly cannot give it a 1 star. Poor customer service (saying "I do apologise" on repeat isn't good customer service!), no counter service, long queues and incompetence overall. For example, went to deposit cash and you're stood at a machine which counts your notes for 35 minutes, the machine goes blank and then 3 staff members have to go to the back to get the money out of the machine and retrieve your bank card. You couldn't make it up - a joke of a branch. Only banked there because of Bernie and her relationship with the family. I've even urged the staff to read the feedback of this branch online but of course they wont as they don't care. Any other business would care! Thankfully NatWest have a Premier account now - so, in no time i'll be leaving.

The staff in-branch were respectful when I visited them years ago. Shame that HSBC decided to withdraw my banking facilities, when I never did anything wrong - in fact they claimed that I made a mistake on the current account application conversion form and instead of contacting me over the phone about it to rectify the errors, they thought they would accuse me of fraud by letter. Looking on the news, they allow money-launderers to pass money through their bank and they have the nerve to accuse me of fraud...It goes to show what idiots they employ as the 'bank' made the decision to withdraw my banking facilities they say, when it was an 'employee' who made the decision. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

So basically I went to the bank yesterday wanting to report my card as lost and proceed to make an enquiry regarding replacement of the lost one.The lady at the counter would be "extremely" busy explaining to one of the customers what she was incapable of doing regarding his request.After asking how long it'd take to even get to speak to someone I heard : "It'll be about 40 mins wait due to staff shortage" which is strange seeing the same staff members chatting about to each other and noticeably hesitating to deal with THEIR customers' banking problems doing so at such slow pace.I got to speak to a lady she would've typed my ID details into the system that wouldn't have been found due to "mysterious circumstances" but what dissatisfied me the most was Miss Isabelle - one of HSBC employees who would cut in between my conversation with the other lady saying : "MACIEK WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?!" and that means she must've seen my ID information by glimpsing it as it was put next to her desk (she didn't see me before so how come she knew my name??? ... That's a MASSIVE DOUBT ABOUT DATA PROTECTION IS IT NOT GUYS?!Eventually I was told to wait 40 mins but it was completely inappropriate to see other customers approaching the counter even though I came into the branch before them...As I walked out (when I was remaining inside noone would give a flying f...... about my card's issue including manager of current shift who 5 mins after I walked out went out saying "Mister Mikunda it's your turn now" told them I've sorted it out through online chat and card it's on its way so she can come back to her daily duties of wasting HSBC customers' time and money (do really my taxes be paid towards such useless establishment?).She didn't even apologise for their inefficiency and unprofessionalism they present she would come back inside as if nothing happened which doesn't amaze me a lot considering chaos this company is being led by.P.S. As much as I am not a racist and don't care what country someone is from I recognised by her accent Miss Isabelle was from the same country as me... Even then she was rude and impolite towards me probably to get home earlier or.... (That's a tricky one) stiff company financial standards are not being met by this incompetent individual....I am speechless guys it's not what the banks have been invented for....

Horrible and dysfunctional. It?s a sad day when you go to use a bank for the very reason banks exist ? Deposit your money in it! The cash machine jammed and when we asked for assistance the staff were very impatient and annoyed with us. When the staff finally did retrieved our cash out of the machine, they handed us what they said they found in it, and didn?t reassure us it was what we put in. They then proceeded to tell us they couldn?t help us any further and sent us to deposit our money at the nearby post office and that we should use the post office for cash deposits in the future.Honestly, I?ve never went into a bank and it be completely incapable of functioning as bank.

After banking with HSBC since i was in my early teens and living all over the UK I can honestly say this is the worst branch i have ever seen to. Considtently bad and slow service, machines constantly out of order, 1 person serving qhen clearly more are needed. I think its shocking, I'm certainly considering changing banks now.

Complete utter waste of time! staff are rude, no counter service, atm is always out of order and there is only 1 lol. What is the point of this branch, I certainly have no idea. Rochdale is almost like Beirut, a very depressing filthy place, dark raining and miserable, so I suppose this "bank" is fitting. 0 out of 10.

I dont want to give even one star due to very bad experience of staff , very rude , no co operation at all, they dont know how to deal with clients. Lazy people. Very disappointing behaviour, never saw like this in any bank of all over the world.?????
