Natwest in rochdale customer service is the worst i ever come across dont ask them for help there busy doing nothing 40 mins stood there all i wanted was a statement left without it iam done with that bank useless useless useless

When you go to a bank for a routine service, you don’t usually expect to be confronted, insulted, and told you’re breaking the law by a member of staff. We were neither confrontational, nor rude, (nor breaking the law in any way, I might add) but were met with a wall of indifference and abject supersilliousness that is certainly not a hallmark which a national bank would hope to convey through its staff. This is not the first customer service problem I have encountered with this bank, but this is the one I will remember most vividly. I’m not even sure they can spell customer service at that branch, and will be lodging a formal complaint, and banking elsewhere in future. Well done NatWest...

ANDREW IS THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! SHOULD NOT BE BANK MANAGER! Garry on the other hand is one of the nicest and most helpful people, he should be the bank manager and Andrew should be fired. I assume many people would agree.
