Amazing service. I was sceptical buying from a company I had not had dealings with but went by the feedback on ebay and made my order.I got the G-plan Riley sofa and Lukas chair saving a small fortune. The products are excellent as was delivery service.

Thank you Jon for the fabulous customer service you provide . Communication is brilliant.We saw the G plan Jackson sofa in 2 furniture stores in Sheffield the price was below half from Rochdale furniture direct ,we were a little wary purchasing something without seeing it but it was an absolute bargain ,we ended up buying a 3 seater power recliner and 2 power reclining chairs for less than a static sofa and 1 chair would cost.The quality is fantastic,it is as new condition even still smells of new leather ,the delivery guys were great ,it was absolutely pouring down and we couldn't get it through the front door due to the long handle ,they made every effort to bring it through our home at the least inconvenience to us , lovely guys very helpful .We can highly recommend this company and will definitely use again ,wish we had found Jon earlier .

Brilliant!I ordered my g plan pouffe on the Saturday and received it on the Wednesday. It was just as described and very well packed. Over the moon with this place, Sofology had the emperor sofa in for just under £7k (with the pieces we needed) and we paid £3k from Rochdale Furniture Direct. Cannot fault the sofa at all it?s one of, if not THE comfiest sofas I?ve ever sat/laid on. Delivery was spot on and on time as well, taking only a week when Sofology were going to take 8 weeks. I?m not knocking Sofology but definitely give this place a try before going to a retailer!!!

I can?t praise this company?s highly enough. I now have a beautiful G-Plan suite at a fraction of the usual price. Jon was extremely helpful and the was no waiting around for 16 weeks for delivery, it was delivered vey promptly and well wrapped to avoid any damage. Their service was excellent . This is customer service at its best. Thank you.

Have never had better service from any other company. I had reservations about ordering something I had not previously seen. I must have driven Jon mad, asking so many questions. He was so patient and helpful. The guys who delivered the sofa were brilliant. Nothing was any trouble to them. Very impressed. Thank you all.

Took delivery of my table and chairs yesterday, they are fabulous!From the ordering with Stan who answered all of my questions and gave many options to make sure I chose the right piece to the guys who delivered it, fabulous experience. Everyone is blown away at the size and quality.

They are a great price and couldnt be more helpful, delivery was earlier than first given and they kept me updated all the way. My reclining chair is amazing and the delivery was first class. Set it all up for me and tested electrics. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them and buy from them again.

Had my sofa delivered last week and it?s fab! Great service, fast delivery and love my sofa! Saved me £800 from buying it from a well known high street store and had it delivered within days (rather than weeks). Amazing service all round, thanks so much.
