Just want to say how good the staff are at this pharmacy. I went in today to collect my prescription and 6 people in the queue. They were obviously very busy and the assistant could not find prescriptions and worked so hard to locate each bag of medications. The telephone ringing non stop which added stress to the staff. Just want to say a huge thank you for all your help x well done for all pulling together to get things moving ?

They have been more than helpful over the past couple of weeks (I think their names are Carole & Laura - they were both there last night) when a couple of prescriptions have had issues. Considering the difficult circumstances at the moment, the service I received was fab & I'm extremely grateful. Thank you ladies xx

Egregious lack of basic customer service. Don?t advise you if they don?t have your medication in stock, leaving you with none. Takes a week to ?not fill? prescription. Not open evenings or weekends for people who work full time. 101 lame excuses rolled out from their training manual as to why they are not concerned and not responsible about leaving you with no medication. I would advise you to travel further afield to get your prescriptions filled by a professional pharmacy, e.g. Morrison?s pharmacy a mile away.

My daughter ordered her prescription and was told it would be ready today, I made the journey this dinner to go and get it as she is not allowed out as she is vulnerable to find after queuing for 20 minutes that it wasn?t ready. I waited outside a further 15 minutes for it to find that they did not have the brown inhaler in, I asked when will it be in they didn?t know and said that I would have to keep checking.1 we are supposed to be staying in not having to go out again.2 no time scale at all 3 they don?t answer the phone at all it?s engaged all the time so can?t check.The woman is very rude has she forgot that this is not our fault and we are following everything we are supposed to! If my daughter suffers due their lack of incompetence I will take this further.

Prescription sent electronically by doctor 3 days previous. Went to collect and told not yet started. Told 15 minutes. Said I would wait and took nearly 40 minutes and even then a number of items not available. Many patients and went (collecting their prescriptions) whilst I waited. Told to come back another day. Not a one off occurrence - prescriptions take over 30 minutes to collect even when there is a single item. Not recommended and I normally try and take elsewhere if possible.
