I was on time for my 9:30 appointment but they were running late so I did not get my full half hour because she had finished before 10:00. It was cold and unfriendly. I know I am not a regular but have been going for some years when I am over from Spain I like to go for some treatments. When I went in August I was not really happy again not on time and the music is always too loud in the room that is suppose to make you relax just not what it use to be 3 or 5 years ago
