Absolutely fantastic service! After being messed around by other companies i came here and was met by a really helpful salesman. I picked a gorgeous flooring (best quality I've seen) and over the moon with the price. On fitting day 3 lovely blokes came and had my floor fitted to perfection within the hour. I can't recommend this company enough, my kitchen looks amazing. Thank you so much to all at united carpets ??

I cannot thank these guys enough. The service has been absolutely incredible. From picking carpets and the extremely helpful manager to the carpet being fitted by the fantastic fitter the whole experience has been amazing! It has been a breath of fresh air working with each and everyone of these guys. I am happy with everything about this service and it has been by far the best place I have ever dealt with. I would like to personally thank all of you for your time, exceptional work, excellent customer service and overall knowledge on the products in store. I have purchased a bed, and carpets for my new home all of which are fantastic quality. I cannot rate this service enough and will never go anywhere else for future purchases of this nature.

This branch has no sense of customer service, eventually booked a appointment and got let down twice. definitely not recommended unless you want to be delayed for weeks and be messed around.
