The staff are lovely but the non branded school shoes last 13 school days before coming unstuck so I will be investing more in the next pair!

Returning items is a headache. Staff doesn't know what stock they have, and you will told that the items you want to return are not from their shop. Make sure not only to keep your receipt safe, but also to be able to show them where you took the item from (in the shop).
