I have ordered a total of 3 frames from this company and I cannot recommend them enough.\\n\\nOne of my frames I sent a picture for them to print, mount and frame. The quality of the picture was amazing and so was the frame.\\n\\nAnother order of mine, when the frame arrived, the acrylic glass had a crack to it. A quick phone call, then an email of the damage and the very next day I was sent a replacement. No quibbles!\\n\\nWhat an amazing service. I hope you keep up the good work! Prices are very competitive too.\\n\\nEverything from ordering to delivery went so smoothly.\\n\\nI will not be using any other company for my future frame purchases.

I ordered after the cut off date for Christmas delivery .. my bad.. but I emailed them and they said they would do their best (as it was meant to be a Christmas gift) the framed photo with a large mount arrived a week early .. and it looks mint ! Friendly and interactive service .. very helpful. I know I will use your service again and again.

Really happy with the quality of product - would have easily given 5-stars, however delivery was a little bit slow. Also, when it arrived it looked like a dog had chewed the outer box. The picture I've attached is, unbelievably - how it arrived. This is before opening the box!Would still recommend, but be careful with delivery.

I don?t normally write reviews but can?t recommend this company enough. I?ve placed multiple orders for bespoke mounts and they?ve all been executed well, and delivered very promptly. The quality of the mounts is excellent. I find the online ordering portal hugely helpful for seeing how my framed picture will look.

SO GOOD! I'm so happy about every part of the process, and obviously the results. Customer service team was super helpful when I messaged them, delivery was really quick and the result couldn't be better.

Just got my mount today.. its perfect!!\\nI framed an old silk cushion cover in a cheap frame and with the customised mount it actually looks really classy. Thanks so much to Cat who was so patient when I twice (three times??)got the measurements wrong for her...it came back perfect. Can't recommend enough!

Great frames and excellent bespoke mounts. They all fit perfectly and were and excellent price. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Really pleased to have found somewhere that will send frames with actual glass not just plexiglass. Overall great experience.

Just received some mounted prints today. I am beyond happy with them. They did such a professional job with them.In addition, the service provided was 1st class. Excellent communication from beginning to end and a fast turn around.I will be recommending to friends and family.

Wow such fast service at a good price. Sure the box it was delivered in was big but do I care nope! It mattered not, and the contents were well wrapped. Easy to order and fast delivery by probably the best delivery company in the UK DPD. Would we use this company again? He'll yes we would. Thanks Best4Frames for the service!

I chose a frame and uploaded my pictures...I got to the payment stage which means I entered my address, phone number and email...but then decided that I like to wait couple of hours for my partner to get back to see if he has a favourite picture he wants me to add.... long story short I did NOT PRESS THE LAST BOTTOM FOR THE PAYMENT TO GO THROUGH. I ENDED UP WITH AN EMAIL AND A BLOODY PHONE CALL ( I didn't pick up) from the company! It is very pushy and also I feel that my privacy is violated! I have not created an account nor finished making an order! Why are you using my phone number?? Why are you emailing me?? I wS going to make the purchase before the chase but not anymore!

From start to finish, I have been thoroughly impressed by Best4Frames.I received great personalised advice when choosing my frames in the first place, using the online chat function.I then received very speedy assistance when I decided to buy another frame later in the day and wanted to add it to my existing order but without paying twice for delivery.When the frames arrived, sadly one was slightly cracked (which in itself is fine - these things happen!) and my email asking for a replacement was picked up and dealt with within minutes, with a new one promised for the next day. No fuss, no problem, just instant and helpful assistance.This is some of the best customer service I've ever received and I will definitely use Best4Frames again.The frames look fantastic too!

I'm so pleased I saw an advert for this company as I frame needlework regularly and we have no local framer anymore. Fantastic that I could put in custom sizes rather than squeeze something into an ill fitting frame. Great communication and delivered quickly. You'll get all my custom now.
