Always use Boots in Sale for my glasses. Today I called in without an appointment worried about an eye allergy. Anne took all my details (delightful as always) and I was called, as promised, by the optician. Rob was so supportive and reassuring. Thank you.

Had a couple of pairs of glasses from this shop about 10 months ago happy with the glasses but I lost a pair so I went in to get replacements initially I had paid around 60 pounds for two pair unbelievably they now want over a hundred pounds for the same glasses for one pair what an absolute rip off

The young lady I spoke to in the opticians department was so lovely and helpful. Very polite and very efficient! I am just sorry I didn't get her name, she helped me with a certain frame I was looking for and found it in no time. I had my eye's tested and needed new glasses. that was just before Xmas and the arm has broken off and took them back to see if the would be able to sort them out .and the said it would cost me £50 .I thought they would ov been under warranty .
