Staff helpful and tried, but as had phoned EE, to discuss upgrade to contract and new phone and had been given an appointment, was very unimpressed that- the store staff claimed to know, nothing about it- didn't have the correct phone- when viewed my account was all documented in black and white- only option is to have phone couriered to me and go back to the shop for assistance setting it up.Not happy

Went to get a new basic smartphone for my wife. First I was silly money for a pay as you go with annual use of about £10. The next was much better and in line with the cost we were expecting. We also had to pay an additional £10.00 for a new SIM card and extra call pack not actually needed as we were existing customers. Started to complete the paperwork when all of a sudden after checking with a supervisor our sales person told us the pricing had not been amended so it was actually £10.00 more than the quoted price I had accepted. No discussion just that was the new price. No thanks I said will go to Argos instead. Not impressed with the way they were doing business. Not my fault they had not got their pricing updated. Will not go there again.Went to Argos, got the phone we wanted and no extra call cost charged. Better service

Visited the store today to set up a new phone and was delighted with the service we received from Selena. She was extremely helpful and patient to two older people who are not particularly up to date with the latest technology.. We were impressed with her level of service and knowledge.
