I was transferred to Vodafone Automotive UK and I got intouch with a girl named Sharon. She?s a rude individual, extremely rude human being. How do you work for customer services and having patience and being kind is something you lack ??\\n\\nSharon, if Vodafone Automotive UK is stressing you out hun .. do us a favour and quit. You have all that mouth but can?t tell your manager you want to quit ?? Kmt

Much better than expected when App not working , Phone answered promptly , very efficient Lady was very helpful in sorting out my Log In issues with my account , can now see where car is and been . Up and running in minutes. Have 2 accounts for tracking normally things seem to work well , txts when batteries low , last time car in for service , got alert by txt / phone again very pleasant and curteous service. Thanks

I tried desperately to give this company my money. After dozens of phone calls, emails and unfulfilled promises of a call back... I?ve had it with this place.\\nI?ll give someone else my money!\\nWhy can you not phone a customer back???

Prior to co vid I rang to tell them my app was running days behind no notifications of geo fencing . they told me to check all app setting which I did still nothing told me to wait 14days while they did tests . I loaded it onto the mrs iPhone same issue so not phone app related , after 14 days phoned up and they once again told to to re install the app :( . next time I phone they said co vid had put them on short staff levels but they have logged it as. a complaint and they would get the tech team to contact me directly . weeks later NOTHING. . will certainly be changing provider you pay for a service and are leaving your car not fully protected.\\nPOOR :(

Most entitled and rude people. 3rd tracker in 5 years. And they each break right after the warranty. Quote on quote call centre person: washing machines and tv?s also break. Not our fault. If you have a new one fitted don?t use them. They are a tiny bit cheaper than others but over the long run you?re better off elsewhere. Just the fact that they only do anything or send a guy out to check the car getting up front money says everything....

An abysmal 'service'. You try reinging andc there are 5 customers permanently ahead of you. Other reviews state that either the hardware fails or the software malfunctions....what the hell is wrong with this company?

I was recommended to use this tracker service by Audi. Unfortunately its been an awful service, absolute shambles. Very disappointed.
