Absolute best guys in the area. Lost my wallet this morning and tracked back. Checked in and they had it safely stored for me. Nothing better. On top of that it's a fantastic convenience store with incredibly friendly staff

Refused to honour price displayedWent to purchase 4 cans of cider on Friday afternoon, price displayed at £6, came up on the till as £7, I questioned this and asked for the price to be honoured as displayed, I was told it was the person who stacked the shelves fault for not putting the correct price on. Refused to give me £1 discount, to the correct price, and then said if I don't want them then don't have them, even after quoting trading standards, so I didn't and just paid for my cold coffee & left

We have stayed here many times over the years and have always found the hotel to be clean, quiet and comfortable. Self-service breakfast is very good and kept replenished, even for latecomers. Staff are friendly and pleasant. Our only criticism - you have to pay for parking now and if you do not spot the machine by the front door ( we parked behind the building) using a smart phone was not straightforward.

This shop sells vapes that DO NOT work. I went outside into my car realised it didn?t work, went back in, the man was rude to me and said no refunds. Scammers. AVOID

Terrible service every time I have been in. Happens to be the closest shop to me so, unfortunately, the only place I can drop by when I need something. They sell fake vapes that do not work and they do not allow for refunds. Been sold vapes that either do not work or finish super quick.

Had to book an overnight stay near to the o2 Apollo due to crap parking at the location and another annoying stupid set of train strikes. Looked at a few budget hotels nearby and decided to go with the Holiday Inn Express as they had on-site parking, breakfast and other amenities very close by (i.e. MacDonalds etc). IT wasn't the cheapest option, not by a long chalk, but reviews were good and it certainly looked the best of the bunch that were available on that date. So, the hotel itself is conveniently located just off a busy main road directly into Manchester and close to motorways, It's in a pleasant park area and has lots of greenery to hide other buildings, roads etc, so that was nice. Checked in easy enough, you pay £5 per night for parking on arrival which was stated in the booking so no surprise, our ground floor room was very nice, simple and clean. Usual TV, hairdryer, kettle and hot drinks sachets. There was also a fan, which was handy as it was a very warm room despite the heating (wall heater) not being on. We were located at the back of the hotel which was very quiet - not the best view in the world but plenty greenery so not too bad (we didn't go there for the view!). The bathroom was small but functional and most importantly, clean! The shower was strong and hot with body soap and shampoo provided. The beds (we had a twin) were soft and comfortable - two pillows (just right for me) and blackout curtains made for a very pleasant nights' sleep. Breakfast, served 7.30am - 10am) was again, simple yet enough for anyone. Cereals, danishes, bread, jams, fruit etc and bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and beans for a hot breakfast with plenty drinks on offer, coffee, juices etc. Had better scramble eggs tbh but otherwise a very good effort for a budget hotel. So, in summary, this hotel does exactly what it says on the tin - it provides a convenient stop-over at a 'reasonable' price with good clean, comfortable accommodation to suit anyone really. P.S. The staff were very nice and helpful - if you need a taxi, 'In-time' were good and prompt but if later at night you may have more luck with an Uber. I would stay here again should the circumstances arise and can recommend to anyone requiring a hotel in this location.

Staying here for a cheerleading competition and on the 1st night we have been bowled over by the young lady Megan and her male staff member, didn?t catch his name. Could not do enough for us!! Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommend

One night stay to attend a concert. The room was pretty basic & the lighting wasn't great, but on the whole it was fine. The bed was comfy, the shower was fine, & despite there being an awful lot of footy fans staying there that night, it was relatively quiet. Breakfast was a bit hectic but no biggie. I would've had the veggie sausages but really couldn't be bothered to wait as you have to order in advance & the staff seeemd very busy so I just had toast, but no real problems.

If a hotel is going to be ?pet friendly?, then I should have a right not to have a room where a pet had stayed. Not sure who was cleaning this hotel but the sofa in my room was covered in dog hairs, and I mean ?covered?, and the room smelled of wet dog, the floor was clear of hairs, but someone forgot to clean the sofa. Personally speaking, I don?t appreciate having a hotel room and paying the same price as one that a dog has been using. Pet friendly hotels are now off my business use policy. I also think it?s cheeky asking me to pay to park the car. The staff were lovely and friendly, the breakfast was mediocre. Not a place I would return to.

This hotel is very well located. We had very good service from the reception team. The room was clean. However, the breakfast hostess service was rude and condescending. Breakfast items though were quite tasty.

Arrived into Manchester airport at midnight and needed somewhere to stay. This fit the bill, part from IHG loyalty but also for blue light discount. We stayed at the Holiday inn express in Bicester and that gave us the confidence to try the brand here. Out stay was comfortable, the beds were a little small for The Mrs and myself and for the kids, so we didn?t sleep amazingly but it was good enough to recharge before heading home. The welcome on arrival was good considering it was 1 am and the breakfast staff were lovely too. Also easy for a tired traveller to find.

As we require dog friendly hotels it's always a little more challenging than normal but we were delighted to find out that this Holiday Inn Express was super dog friendly. All the staff were very helpful, polite and professional. We stayed 3 times over Xmas and New Year and the staff were even happy to juggle a room change back to our previous room that was ideal for our dog. Breakfast was lovely - plenty to choose from and enough to eat.
