Great 4 night stay. Staff were so helpful. Great size rooms. Very comfy bed. Looks very and quiet at night despite being very central.

Stayed here for the night whilst in town for football. Decent sized room and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent with the usual Premier Inn choice of hot and cold food, cereals, juices, etc. Fair sized car park so managed to park our car on site. Great city centre location near to the Arena and Manchester Victoria railway station.

Stayed here last night to see busted, so this hotel first off ticked the location as its only down the road to the arena. 2nd It's a premier inn so u know what your getting and 3rd the staff were all lovely. We checked in early which I didn't think we would with how busy it was but the Duty Manager Juris on the desk was really helpful and polite. Again in the bar on the afternoon he was very much professional but chatty. The breakfast room is quite small but was really nice and fresh even though it was buffet. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Premier inn take advantage of prices at the weekend like most other Hotel's, but silly prices. More than double a friday. Shame really as its put us off using them again. The rooms were clean and tidy, staff great.

This is a great hotel. It's in the centre of Manchester within a couple minutes walk to Market Street and Deansgate with all the shopping you could wish for. The staff are really friendly and helpful and the food is excellent! Highly recommend this hotel

Every time we visit Manchester we stay the Premier Inn (Arena/Printworks) and it never disappoints - clean comfy rooms, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent location base to visit the city. Thanks as always for a great stay!

Very basic, rooms not cleaned unless you ask which I found really weird & I never realised until I stumbled across something behind the door. Wifi awful lucky to get 1 bar or it just drops probably because they want you to get ultimate at £5 extra. It was quiet when I was there so no noisy guests so weekend maybe different. Breakfast and bar standard nothing amazing or bad, location good, close to Victoria Station, Deansgate, Cross Street, print works, Manchester Arena all about 10 mins walk to the above places really handy for the location, shops, bars, train station, trams etc. I personally wouldn't go back but it's a good budget for the area except I was expecting something a little bit more.Noteworthy details: Bad Internet, good location, amenities, budget option

Excellently located for the AO Arena. Car parking available at a very modest price. Rooms are very roomy and the beds very comfortable. Staff were absolutely excellent, so friendly and helpful. Food is available late and the bar is well stocked. Breakfast has a good selection, but be aware that the selection available reduces the closer you get to 10:30. A couple of slight niggles, but nothing major. Would be happy to stay here again.

This Premier Inn is in the perfect location, it?s right in the city centre, meaning there is a short walk and you can get to the trams, trains, taxis, the Arndale shopping centre, Manchester Cathedral, The National Football Museum, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, and much more. The staff here are absolutely lovely, and always willing to help. The breakfast is fair value. We paid for 1 adult breakfast and got 1 child breakfast free. We tried both the continental breakfast and the cooked breakfast and I would personally rate the continental breakfast the best, but the availability of both is great. They also have fruit, cereal and yogurts available as well as hot drinks and fruit juices, so there is definitely something for everyone. Before you sit down for breakfast they always ask if you have any allergies which is always a good sign. One thing we found extra useful was the fact you could rent an umbrella from reception. The only issue we had with that is that it said it cost £2, so we paid the £2, but when we came to return it, it charged me another £2 so that was a little disappointing that we were charged for returning it! However, if it?s raining then it?s a good service to have available. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The free Wi-Fi is useful and they have the option of paying £5 per night for faster Wi-Fi, which is great if you?re here for work. The bathrooms come equipped with both soap at the sinks and shampoo and body wash in the showers, should you forget your own this is a very useful addition. We stayed for 2 nights and if you want your room cleaned during your stay then you just let reception know before midday on the day you want it cleaned. We didn?t want or need this service but it?s good to know it?s there.Thank you to all the lovely staff here who helped make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.Safety: Anyone can visit the restaurant but you can only access the rooms and the lifts if you have an activated key card. This makes it feel extra safe if you are visiting.

Very lovely hotel, impressive for a 3 star hotel and the value of money. Better than some 4 star hotels that i?ve been to. Location was also perfect for us and the staff were very lovely. Rooms are clean; can?t fault it!

stayed for one night in September, excellent location, good parking, guests get a discount, wifi slow, no aircon, hotel not welcoming as far as checking in even 10 minutes before 3PM, they seem to have strict policy for asking everyone for £10 early check in fee even iof it is for 15 minutes which is stupid

Just home from a Four night stay in a Family room. The room was perfect! Clean, spacious, and super comfy bed.The staff at this Premier Inn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to help to book a 4am Taxi to airport was very welcomeOverall, my experience at this Premier Inn (Arena/Printworks) in Manchester was outstanding, and we will for sure be staying again.

I visited an apartment of my ofc colleague? The room was nice so was the kitchen and bath? personal bedroom was much big enough to accommodate two people? but there was no balcony? and the apartment is suffocating in terms of fresh air coming in? Overall a good place to stay? cheers
