Used to work here a few years ago and now it's all new staff. Been in twice with the new staff including today and I'm not a Karen by all means but when you're being served you expect to be served and it's just plain ignorance when you're trying to pay for your shopping and the lady at the counter is talking on her ear piece about what her plans were tonight after work. Time before that they were chatting to one another whilst serving, couldn't get a word in edgeways as to whether I wanted something else or a bag. No thank you or anything whilst leaving as well. Just bad customer service
