The worst and rudest staff I have seen at any fuel station. Air dispenser wasn't working but no sign was put up. I went to let the guy know and he was on his phone talking to somebody and then proceeded to tell me its not his problem and that he already knew it wasn't working. I asked if I could get my pound back as there was no sign and he said its not his problem again. I then told him he should put a sign up and he told me since its past 7pm, the store is closed so he doesn't go outside. Ridiculous.

Live in the flats behind the petrol station, constantly selling food that is months out of date, sold food with a use by date of May this year and it was completely inedible, not to mention could easily make someone ill. Older man that works there has tried to rip me off several times by putting items through twice thinking I won?t notice, whenever I mention it he is just rude, also attempted to rip off one of my flatmates, he?s just generally unapproachable and makes being in the store uncomfortable. Woman that works there is lovely and thats about it.

Customer service was very bad and they refuse the service.Very rude behaviour. Really disappointed with famous Fuel Station in the WorldIncident Happen : 12/May/2022 , 1:15 Am -1:30 AM( it?s 24 hours service)I think they should remove the 24 Hours service board

The man who works at the night closed the petrol station after 12 and refused to sell saying that he has closed very rude behaviour and it was not the first time.

Some of them are really friendly staff. But the price is higher than the other Petrol stations.

Disgusting customer service received today at this shell garage!! Cashier called me a liar after asking for his help when the tyre air machine did not work and I had put a pound coin in! He called me a liar and told me to get out the shop, this was in front of customers who also told him they had seen me put money in the machine when they were filling up their car!
