Today I visit first time for fuel for my car when I reach to the counter to pay my payment at that time lady she?s on call I just ask one question before pay by card I request her can you please tell me which app I have to download which is I don?t know that?s why I ask simple question she just said Picasso I don?t know what is this again I request she said, sir payment ready on She refused to explain she forcefully told me just payment and go. She talking too much start arguing. Worst service I have ever honestly speaking. I don?t like the service miss prinyanka she is very rude and Rey need to explain about app which I ask for the app points like she?ll app for points she don?t know how to speak a with customer very poor service I attached below my fuel receipt as well she more talking about if you need to talk with my manager or boss I will give you a cctv I did not ask anything I just ask way of talk rudely after finishing chat she did not keep quiet, still talking that?s same lady she work all around the fuel station near bury new road she?ll on Cromwell road and as well Texaco I am not with the service zero rating

I mainly visit this petrol station for the shop inside,If I'm stuck for the usual bread,milk, snacks etc, &it's open 24/7-very handy, occaisionly I'll treat myself & splash out on some diesel,what a treat!
