Jaz is great always helps me out for long term mobility and pain issues. This is physio that you don't get on the NHS. Yes exercises suggested but mainly its proper hands on help. Massage, heat treatment, ultra sound and acupuncture. Jaz had kindly given me all sorts of things on loan to take home and try see if it improves... read full comment

I had shock wave treatment on a long-standing shoulder injury and it has made a massive difference. Jaz is an excellent physio who really seemed to know what treatment my injury needed. Would definitely recommend.
