Highly recommend Noel & the entire team DACE, amazing service from the initial enquiry all the way through to after sales! Extremely professional team who always want to keep the customer happy. Bought a car from them in the end and they spent all of their time making sure it was perfect for collection and had clearly done a lot of extra work to the vehicle to make it look amazing! Highly recommend and wouldn?t go anywhere different next time.

DACE Motor Company were really easy to transact with, nothing was too much trouble.When I initially viewed the car, it had just arrived at the garage. Noel (my salesperson) assured me the car would be professionally valeted and prepared in accordance with their high standards.I picked up the car today and can honestly say the vehicle has been meticulously cleaned and prepared for my ownership.What was most surprising is that the car I purchased was used, however Noel made the whole experience feel like a new car purchase from a main BMW dealership.I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Noel for making the whole experience easy and professional.I would not hesitate in contacting DACE for my next vehicle.

Absolutely terrible place. Travelled almost an hour to test drive a car to be told ?we don?t let just anyone test drive a car?. Apparently you have to be wanting to do a deal on the car before you can see if it?s what you are looking for. I?ll just go a buy the same car from someone who wants to actually help.Edit: in response to your ?not an accurate review? response. It certainly is. I came to view both the XE and XF advertised on your website. Both of which are a 3 litre engine (one petrol and one diesel). In fact the car I arrived in was also a 3 litre BMW.How can someone know they want to buy a car before driving it? No one mentioned anything to do with the weather or even a recent valet. Not that it should really matter. I fully intend on buying one or the other as I previously had the 2l XF.I believe everyone should be treat with respect and I was not.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!My 71year old dad was sold an XF Jaguar in 2021. Approximately 32days later the whole engine packed up while my mum was going for surgery to remove a brain tumour! He was then left without a car for 66days while they found a second hand engine to repair it. To add insult to injury, the supposed warranty only covered 2.5k of the apparent 5k cost and so my dad had to pay this too!Since then, the engine has been nothing but problems and my mum has passed away. It?s so sad to see my dad grieving his wife and struggling to even drive the car he?s paid thousands for due to being chocked by exhaust fumes.The car was clearly faulty from the get go and the dealership got lucky that this happened after the 30day rejection period.There has been problem after problem, repair after repair? how do you sleep at night?!And before coming back with the nonsense excuse of ?we don?t know you, you didn?t buy a car? don?t even bother! Leo Casey is his name and he was conned by your so called salesman Sutcliffe!We will be taking action against the dealership and contacting previous owners to determine if you fraudulently withheld information.Bottom of the barrel people is what you are, conning pensioners.You wouldn?t even let my elderly mother suffering cancer use the toilet ?due to covid? when they arrived. What a disgrace you are.RESPONSE:Would you like me to seek a way to evidence your response to be complete lies? I can do this through the call logs we kept along with all the emails shared at the time, the date of purchase on the finance, the date the finance company assessed the damage?7months after purchasing? As I noted it was just outside of the 30day period, hence the finance company getting involved to assess the fault, following our request. Would they have entertained that notion if it had been such a long time after?Given the other review on here it is evident he is not the only one to have been conned by you. The price of the engine that was used to replace the fault one was never even shared so your claims of a circa 10k bill are completely unfounded. He was just left with no choice but to get another loan to repair a car he had for just over 30days that required a WHOLE NEW ENGINE?!You would also be wrong in your assertion that he has enjoyed thousands of miles in the car. As I noted above, it has been nothing but problems and has been in and out for repairs ever since. Even now he is choked on exhaust fumes inside the car and has had to book in with Jaguar in Redhill.Covid may not have anything to do with the car but it certainly demonstrates the integrity of staff who refuse to let and elderly woman use a toilet, doesn?t it?However, I thank you for taking the time to reply as the false information provided demonstrates further the nature of your business. The sheer tone you adopt also shows the level of professionalism and standards worked too. Using sarcasm and at the same time offering condolences is simply vile.
