The decor was modern, inviting, and created a comfortable ambiance for diners. The staff members were attentive, and I particularly want to highlight the lady with the brown hair who served me. She was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel valued as a customer. Her warm demeanor added to the positive experience and contributed to the overall enjoyment of my visit.However, it's important to mention a contrasting experience with another staff member. The blonde lady who accompanied the brown-haired lady displayed unprofessional behavior. She didn't smile or provide a warm welcome upon entering the establishment. Moreover, her lack of reaction to small talk during our initial interaction was disappointing. It's essential for staff members, especially on opening day, to create a friendly and welcoming environment for customers. Unfortunately, her behavior fell short in this regard.In terms of the service itself, it was decent but could have been more consistent. While the brown-haired lady provided good service, the overall experience was hindered by the contrasting behavior of her colleague. Hence, I would rate the service three stars out of five.To summarize, Domino's Pizza Poynton offers a delightful pizza experience with a wide array of tasty options. I have not had dominos pizza in years so not sure what to expect, but, the pizza was so good. It isn't cheap but it was so tastey I did reallyenjoy it. I did find the menu confusing and how to get the offers so I think we might have spent more than we should. You also have to go and collect it to get the best deals. Over-all the food is amazing. The service on arrival really good can't complain. Would have preferred delivery. Would go again but only for a special event.

Sent me the wrong pizza, I specifically removed the sausage from the pizza on my order but the pizza I received has sausage. when I called to tell them it was wrong they basically call me a liar and say that there picture they took of the pizza doesn?t show any sausage. They eventually agreed to make me a new one but asked for me give them the pizza back so they can confirm it was wrong.I?ve been a good customer of this domino?s for over 5 years and I don?t expect to be treated like a liar when they mess up my order.

I found hair in my pizza and when I call the store the guy behaved very rude it was my first time order in domino?s before I used to order papa johns and now I will go back to papa johns at the best pizza quality and customer service .
