A well deserved 5 star rating, I bought a mattress from the Stockport store and was served by Ryan who was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable.The delivery was bang on time with regular updates.From start to finish a professional and polite service with down to earth staff. Purchased a sealy mattress today at the Stockport branch and was helped by Gabe who was so friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all products, gave us plenty of time to decide which one to choose with his expert help of course. A nice stressful experience

Really good experience, due to the knowledge and service of the staff!! Especially Liz, who showed us a demonstration on a computerised machine to tell us which mattress that suited us, as well as offering us drinks!! Nobody was pushy, just informative and helpful!! In the end we bought 3 beds at a reasonable price!!! We recommend a visit to Dreams to anybody!! ?

Wonderful service today from Natalie who explained everything about choosing our new mattress natalie was so helpful and it was great having the technology to assist us in what type of mattress we needed there was no pressure selling and we are looking forward to delivery of our new mattress we also purchased new pillows and mattress protector again the selection was excellent and Natalie's product knowledge was fantastic 10/10 for service and will recommend your stockport store to friends and family

Went into dreams and was greeted by Adam he was so helpful and gave us lots of advice and pointed the best frames and mattress out . We was going to go to another store but because he was so helpful and friendly we decided to buy a bed and mattress and came out happy customers .

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, we were recommended a range of mattresses after using a matching machine. A woman showed us to each of the mattresses and explained the specs, she was really helpful and went the extra mile. We left and ordered the mattress she recommended later that night. Great service!

Excellent service. Gabi and Adam were friendy and helpful and explained the different types of mattress. There was no sales pressure and they let us test all the mattresses at our leisure. It was an unexpectedly enjoyable experience and we are very happy with our purchase and the price. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic service from Adam and the team. Left to try all the mattresses after trying out the simulator. My husband and I required a firm mattress. Adam patiently explained all the options and price ranges. Happy to say we found the right one. Great service, no hassle and a wonderful team at the Stockport store. Thank you ?

Popped in to dreams stockport, looking for the bed I seen online, gabe the manager came over to ask what I was looking for and I explained to gabe I seen a Hugo bed online but did not appear to be in the shop, gabe said not a problem we can order the bed for you, and would you like a mattress, I said yes and gabe got me to try the mattress, to see which one I would like, I got the one I wanted bed and mattress at a fantastic deal, big thumbs up to gabe, customer service second to none, gabe could teach the young generation a thing or two, big hands ?? up for gabe and Natalie dealing with me, and yes I would definitely buy from dreams again.
