Shop at this Halfords multiple times a week all the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and they always go out of their way to assist with any questions or issues I have regarding my car even if Halfords isn?t making a profit from it.Would highly recommend.

I vizit today Halfords Stockpot for changing the wipers, I bought them and I paid to be fixed? totally bad service and no experience from the staff? the boy who tried to change them, scratched both the wiper arm and the hood of the car very badly... even though I told him he only had to press a button

Waited to get my car checked nobody came to me served other cars that came after me so I shut hood started my car and drove off after waiting in the cold for about 30 mins I will try another halfords but it want be stockport

Dreadful service and its no fault of the staff at this store whatsoever. The whole online booking system and subsequent emails are atrocious. Outsourcing the customer service to India is such a stupid idea and indicative of what Halfords as a whole think of their customers. To get an update on my bike I should just be able to call the store not spend 30 minutes going via India to just be told they'll call me back in 24-48 hours. I had to drive to the store twice just to speak to a human who could actually help me. Once I did, the people in the store were great. Dreadful online systems. Truly awful.

Disappointing visit on 2nd December. Ordered a Car Play (stereo) screen product for my car with free assesment. The appointment was nearly 15 mins late but I'll be fair as it was mega busy. The first 'assessor' wasn't sure what to do so she asked her colleague to look and he immediately didn't think it'd be possible, this was whilst he was dealing with his own customer. The lady went back in to get a 3rd colleague and said she'd be back in a minute. 5 mins later, no sign, which prompted colleague #2 to tell me to go back inside as she's "probably started serving someone else" - I walk back in and she's back at the counter serving new customers! The 3rd advisor came out and looked a bit more thoroughly and deduced I'd need another part which he said would be an additional £170. I cancelled the whole transaction and went elsewhere. Waste of 40 mins of my day.

Called into the Stockport store met a lady called hannah who professnally fitted two fog lights and main headlight after being told by a mechanic it was a wireing fault I highly recommend this lady

1 star as no minus option,booked in and paid for online ,waited an hour in store, to be told they are not authorised to change the car battery. Which is complete nonsense,just dam right lazy

Popped in as my indicator light seemed faulty. Engineer checked it all for me, not sure of problem as it was then working ok, replaced bulb anyway with no charge. He couldn't have been more helpful.

Great prompt service with online order but confirmation email told me to collect upstairs in the cycle department at store , when I went upstairs to the back of the sore to the cycle click and collect I was told my cycle helmet was downstairs at the click and collect by the door as you enter the store, when I said I was following what I had been instructed by the email I was told that they always do that and it?s only cycles upstairs all accessories are collected downstairs, staff were fine and the product is good
