My son was looking for a specific pair of trainers which were not stocked in store. The sales assistant, Ryan, found what my son was looking for online and ordered them with no problem and with free home delivery. Thanks Ryan.

This wasn?t in the mersey way it was In the jd next to McDonald?sI came in for an interview after I paid for child care I was there from 2:10 and my interview was at 2:15 because all the staff was busy at the shop they didn?t let the manager know I was there so they then put me down for i didn?t turn up when I was in the store the hole time then got told of the female manager we are not doing you?re interview and I had to leave when really this wasn?t my fault really not impressed with the customer service I?ve received today at all !!!!!

I've never experienced such rude and awful customer service than I got from the manager of this branch, I'm shocked that he is a manager, he must have Aspergers or something, I would never go back.
