Regular customer who used at least twice a week order didn?t turn up when I rang to ask where it was after 90 mins the girl on the phone tried to apologise and explain but man took phone off her was very rude and hung up I didn?t know if I was getting food or not. In fairness I have to say food used to be very good but the service has has completely let the previous good name down will never use again do your selves a favour and avoid

love this place, absolutely delicious food, quick and friendly workers, all cashiers are absolute starsDietary restrictions: all food is halal, chips are gluten free, any allergy restrictions just ask the staff :)Kid-friendliness: brilliant kids meals

Waited nearly 2 hours for food ,when it turned up it was cold.Not what we are use to from MQ's but its definitely put us off from ordering from here again and definitely will no longer recommend it.

On the last two occasions I have phoned in my order then collected my food myself as I only live five minutes away ,when I come to pick up my food I asked if it was ready and was told it would be about 15 minutes,then when 15 minutes was up I asked again was my food ready,the assistant said I just check for you ,and it was ready and had been ready when I arrived to pick up she just hadn't look properly so by the time I get home the food is not as hot as it should be ,hope the service improves because the food is lovely when it's at the right temperature.Thanks Ron.

Been spot on for years but the last few deliveries have been cold and late. I?d advise collecting. Also make sure the naan bread is fresh. My last one was like a taco ?

Was our go to takeaway - but not anymore.Delivery time tonight over 2hrs (1hr 20 later than initially advised).Multiple calls to check where food was - still arrived 35mins later than when was advised it had left the shop, which it hadn?t?Turned up - chips cold, pizza cold, nuggets overcooked.Save your cash and try somewhere else.

The food was good. The delivery time what a little bit long, with it taking an hour and a quarter, although I did order on a Friday night when it's no doubt busy.

They without doubt deliver the most delicious pasta dishes I have ever tasted. I get their creamy tagliatelle style dishes and you can tell it?s cooked fresh to order. Other takeaways defrost theirs, use cheap penne pasta, chuck a load of sauce on with an inch of rubber cheese that oozes so much oil it could supply enough for an entire Grand Prix!! ?These guys use quality ingredients and sure know how to cook an authentic divine Italian dinner. The delivery gentleman are pleasant and kind and don?t complain about having to walk up three flights of stairs to my door! Thanks to you all. Julie ?? ?

Food was beautifully crafted, the cheese melted in my mouth and the pizza was juicy and full of flavor. Before I knew it the pizza had vanished into my stomach and filled me up for eons to come. MQ is the pinnacle of all takeaways and will go down in history being known as so. Extremely friendly staff and amazing food. Would definitely recommend. 10/10
