Great bank lovely staff, Parking only 40p for 1 hour. On local car park. Gave me £100 last year sharing their profit don't know another bank that does that.

Not flexible enough hours. Most people finish work at 4.30-5.30 and this place closes at 4.30 pm. It is short sighted to only give local service for people presumably who are not working. Or work fewer hours and it closes on a Saturday. So means I have a longer trek to Stockport branch when from hazel grove can just come around the corner to draw cash out. It's only suiting its own needs and staff needs and the very very local. Ideally not working people. Cushy hours for them.

I've always had great service in this branch. I recently went in to get some certified documentation for a visa application. I got a call the next day from Sue to say that she had gone out of her way to prepare some other documents for me which reduced my waiting time compared to their usual turnaround times. That was very sweet and greatly appreciated.

Called in at the Marple Branch today 16 Aug 2022. Clean airconditioned branch with helpful friendly staff. Excellent service.

On Google its info was closes at 4.30 infact on the door its 2pm. No cash point to make deposits. Also at present CheadleAnd Stockport branches seem to have problems with there cash points for trying to deposit money. Unfortunately i cannot make the time to visit opening hours due to my work.

Terrible service today. There was a clear sign on the door saying there were restrictions in place and only 2 customers allowed in store.There was 2 people in store and when one lady exited I assumed I would be able to enter. However although cashier was free a nationwide employer kept going in and out of a room indicating for me to wait...this happened a few times before I made the decision to walk away.

Wanted to set up a young savers account for my daughter so rang to ask what I needed to bring in and if I could make an appointment. I was told it was an appointment service in the week and we could just walk in on a Saturday morning. We went in first thing on a Saturday morning to be told that the next "appointment" available was 11 o clock. A complete waste of time and I will be taking my money elsewhere.

Good opening hours and friendly, helpful staff. This branch also helps the local community in several ways. Orders of magnitude better than the big bank I moved from when they closed my local branch.

Sarah needs training up on the coins policy. A very rude and arrogant member of staff , a liability to the Nationwide. Treats certain classes of society like chewing gum on her shoe. NO IM NOT GOING HOME AND GETTING THE MANAGERS LETTER WHICH SAID YOU WERE WRONG . Your coins policy should be the same across all branches and not selective at your branch quote " on this occasion ". Fed up with dealing with rude arrogant and incompetent people , without good customer service or people skills
