Such irresponsible behaviour from the help desk staff. I had waited over 20mins and she is chatting with other customer on personal grounds. Each staff should have a proper handling time to give right information at least at help desk. I pity their service. Big Zero to this bank and service. They debit money from account and for 2-3 days they haven't credited to the other end for utility payment. Trusting them will put your credit scores in stake.

Have been in 2 days in a row to be confronted with large queues on both occasions, i was asked what i was there for by someone doing absolutley nothing. i dont want to discuss the nature of my financial transaction in a queue full of strangers, the main reason being my own security. My recommendation would be get rid of the clip board warriors hassling the queue, if they went and served at the counter then there would be less of a queue. Looking round the lobby there was about 15 people all waiting all with miserable faces, the whole experience is really not very good.

Very helpful staff. But the quick drop deposit used to appear in my account by lunchtime but its taking longer each time to go into my account even when its dropped off before 10am I'm still waiting for it to go in at 4pm! Nightmare!!

Cash machine robbed my money in 1998, these lot set up overdraught which ive still got, now they charge its cost me over £500 in charges i should never have got in first place. Sinful nasty bank AVOID
