Very friendly pets at home store. Staff always really helpful and will go out of there way to make sure your every need is catered to. All aspects of all pets are catered to, including the in house vets and in house grooming sections.

Seemed a very nice place and the animals that were in captivity appeared to be looked after though I thought the bunnies were a little squashed in .Served very quick, even though the qué seemed big. And the girl that served me was very nice and pleasant.

Friendly staff member was very helpful when queried about cat litter. The store is nice and spacious with lots to offer, including grooming and vet services.

the reception staff are very friendly as are many of the nurses however their is one veterinary nurse who works at a very slow pace & stresses the dog out completely. would not go to her again.

Lovely service, was helped by Amy who sorted out prescription for my new puppy and cats. Was really helpful and noted about downloading the app which saved me money on the day.

Great pet store & vets, being coming here for years. Shop always has a good selection of dog beds, coats, toys, treats, etc, etc. especially around the holidays ?? friendly customer service.

I only popped in to thevets 4 pets section to pick up treatments for the family dog.Staff very friendly and helpful. The shop was tidy clean and well stocked with plenty of pets to choose from. The aquarium section is wonderful.

Just outside the doors, it stinks of dog urine. Customers should try to take their dogs onto the grass, and the store should scrub with some cleaner and hot water regularly.
