Visited the store in Stockport with a Sony TV in mind for our bedroom. When discussed with their representative, he agreed that this was an excellent choice and didn't offer any alternatives. Tv ordered and delivered next day. Purchase included an additional 5 year guarantee over the manufacturers 1 year. Brilliant service. Would highly recommend Richer Sounds.

Been in recently after first going 21 years ago. Have been dealing with Tom and couldn?t be happier with the service he provided. Went above and beyond to let me hear the speakers I wanted to buy as I hadn?t made an appointment but managed to sort it. Went back 4 days later to buy a sub and the shop was closed. Once again Tom was there who was happy to let me in as he knew me from the previous visit. Wasn?t a wasted trip as bought the REL predator sub. I?ll be only using this place now for all my audio visual needs 5* service.Thanks

Great service and great prices. Got a Denon DM41 for £189.99! Bargain, and the sound this mini hifi throws out belies it's compact size. All in all I would never go elsewhere for hifi or av kit.
