Having waited in a queue for 30mins to return a parcel the printer wasn?t working and along with another customer I was told to return tomorrow. The opening times are limited and as a result the queues are long and there is only one person to deal with each individual.Royal Mail you are going to be left behind as competition is fierce and currently I have had much better experiences with your competitors.

Absolutely dreadful, won't deliver anything to our building as say 'no one was in' even though we are - every single time. Have been to the delivery office to pick up parcels who shrugged and asked me to fill in a complaints form and the manager would cal me back. It's been over a month and no calls. Their opening hours are shockingly short so I can only collect a parcel every month or so - I dread every time something is delivered using royal mail as they won't do their job properly!

Only receiving mail one per week live where there?s a lot of flats so there can?t be anyone without mail ! Disgusting service now

Always received friendly service here whether that?s sending a prepaid item or collecting parcels. The only thing that?s a bit annoying is the branch occasionally being closed when it should be open according to the opening times on the door.

Parking is terrible literally 6 spaces outside which are already taken probably by staff and any time royal mail bring a parcel we never hear a knock and just notice the slip through the door , do the delivery drivers all wear sponge gloves or something? Any other delivery driver Is heard and the parcel is delivered . Personally I think they cant be bothered and it's much easier to sneak a slip through the door than get the parcel from the back of the van and deliver it like requested

They do not provide you a proof of postage receipt, because they are trying to save paper. Well when your package doesn't get delivered you then have no proof you posted it, for non trackable services. Nice just lost £30 because the delivery office don't do receipts anymore, all other standard post offices do and I always take a receipt

What a complete shambles this place is! If I could give zero star rating I would!Item taken back here on 11th May by postman as needed signature.I went to collect on 12th May to be told ?we can?t find it? and they would get the manager to call me next morning. No phone call. Went back to office on 13th May but they still couldn?t find it. Advised to ring the supervisor. Rang him Saturday 14th May ( took numerous attempts before the phone was answered) Couldn?t find it!! He said he?d speak with the postman who tried to deliver to see where he?d put it and ring me Monday 16th. Surprise surprise no call back!! Since then I have rung over 25 times with no reply and my legal documents are still missing! The apathetic attitude from staff and management is atrocious. No customer service skills and quite obviously no system in place for logging undelivered items back in!
