“I shopped for a bit of kit to add to my fishing tackle. I couldn’t locate the bit I needed. This young lady was stocking shelves nearby. I asked her help and she as only too happy to help. This area was not part of her responsibility and she couldn’t find what I was after. She phoned up the lad from the area we were in and he knew that there were not in stock. One was ordered to be picked up later.An e-mail today informed me that the bit of equipment had arrived. I went down to the store and picked it up. No waiting no difficulties altogether a good shopping experience from start to finish.I would like commend the two assistants who helped me initially, very pleasant and informative. Give them a thank you from me.”
