Wow. £3.70 for a small black Americano. In isolation hard to tell if the price is high or low. But 3 weeks ago it was £3.55. 3 months ago it was £3.30 and a year ago it was less than £3. Inflation is high. But nothing like the price increase the franchise owner is gouging us for. Well done for making a healthy profit. You now have one less customer. Odd business model you have. Before you tell me your expenses are up, just show us. Wages and rents aren't up over 20%...

I am a regular customer at Stockport station Starbucks and I am lucky to have Shan and Sharouz. Today I forgot to mention a specific detail about my drink but was too preoccupied by the train time board and realised that my drink was made to how I like it as the duo always have remembered my order. Always happy to be served by them!

Nine times out of ten, my experience here tends to be good. For whatever reason, I couldn't use my points due to bad customer service, none of the staff knew how to work the app. A bit of a pain consider I'm 360 stars up.Coffee tends to be really good here, but I think all the franchises suffer with one problem and that's the amount of oil in cakes. I don't think preserving food life expectancy is a good excuse when the paper bags they serve them in are dripping with oil.
