I took my contract out here a few months ago. After I woke up with unexpected Items on my bill I spoke to the web chat team who assisted me in identifying what this was and blocked further spending for these types of things. I Emailed "jamster" who were behind these unexpected items billed via my Vodafone contract, explaining I did not use there products or services and they said they would issue me a refund and needed my bank details for this. Suspicious I went to the Stockport store on my lunch break hoping they would help. I waited for a staff member and Sandi came over to "help" . I explained my situation and showed her a copy of the web chat transcript from the adviser and explained how I was uneasy giving my bank details to this company who I knew nothing about. She dismissively asked who sent you here , so I replied I came here on my lunch this is where I took out my contract I would like you to help me. The Sandi then said they dont deal with bills in store so I waited for the manager to see if there was anything She could do. Once She was free she came over and looked at my situation , She told me there is nothing they can do and I had to speak to phonepaypluss a department of ofcom the regulatory body and she was unable to give me a timescale for the whole process . The store staff were not interested in helping here so I phoned up customer services who said based on what I have told them on this occasion they could refund these charges. I thankfully got the issue resolved but the Stockport team were no help in the matter.

Useless, I got a phone on contract and they sent me two phones to my house. I rang Vodafone and they told me they will block the one that in incorrect they ended up blocking both and when going to the store they couldn't unblock it? Waste of time never use Vodafone or this store again

Absolutely awful experience which sums up Vodafone to a tee.
Kept waiting in the shop for about twenty minutes because all the staff were busy to then see somebody come from the back of the shop as we were leaving. I was wanting to send my phone off as it had kept turning itself off and staying off for long periods which annoyed me anyway and then to be told that the 2! courtesy phones they have were out so I was expected to be without a phone for 5 working days.
Not helpful at all and no other solution to sort the problem, I now have to wait until one of the courtesy phones is returned before I consider sending my phone off. Poor customer service always spring to mind when dealing with Vodafone, I will be taking my business elsewhere when my contract is up.
