Clean and tidy shop, very welcoming, helpful staff. There are weekly offers which are a bargain and with your receipt you often get a money saving coupon.Due to Covid, opening hours can vary, which is understandable but may catch you unawares.

Very friendly staff, but often out of fresh bread and aisles clogged up. Self-service very unreliable.Overall it feels the shop is not very well managed.

Angry doesn't even begin to describe this. Shop has been open again for a week or two, I go in for 2 items and try check out at the self service as the tills are busy. I get that it was busy, but not being helped for 10 mins while standing around waiting for someone to clear someone else's left shopping list on the screen only to be told "I didn't see anything wrong on my system" (well you wouldn't have without asking what's wrong - pressing the button more than a few times means something is obviously still wrong!). The tills I can forgive for being busy but the young dark haired guy (manager perhaps?) who told me to wait 1 minute and left me waiting for 10 while the queues piled up behind me... I am seriously unimpressed! Surely someone else could also come to help if the help alarm is being pressed? I get that Co Op gets busy but customers should come first! ð?? ð?? ð??

Fri 15/12/17 a co op worker from the Stretford branch on Taylorâ??s road found my iPhone in a cab.wow he contacted my family to let them know that he had my phone. I canâ??t thank Martin enough . I donâ??t have his surname. The co op must know who you are . Thank you once again xx
