Worst surgery you could ever come to complete disregard for patients, dismissive doctors that don?t seem to know what they are doing every time you visit an different doctor who just wants you out as fast as possible receptionist unable to comprehend any sort of level English and gets frustrated when questioned on poor communication nothing professional about this place at all one big council money laundering scheme looks nice from outside but no one knows what they are doing

This practice is in every way incompetent and not fit for purpose. I?ve had referrals forgotten about and sent 11 months late. Their system for sending requests is extremely flawed as they seem to often be reviewed by clinicians and there is a clear lack of communication as the information relayed by the reception team is often wrong, they don?t offer solutions or helpful advice and this reflects poorly on the few individuals who do go above and beyond.

There are absolutely no instructions on the website about how to sign up to their patient appointment service, Accurx . I don't know how anyone is supposed to use this website successfully. Absolutely terrible.The worst website ever.The phone line says use CRAPACCURX but the website it's not operational. It's LITERALLY the worst GP service or online service, ever. I don't see how they imagine anyone is able to successfully use it

Had to update this as Dr Chandler is exceptional and has made my experience here and the reception team has really improved how they deal with things too.

This has got to be the worst surgery ever!They call you, leave a message and then when you try calling back it takes 3 days to get thru to someone. When you do finally speak to someone you get disconnected!When you have an appointment and they have to reschedule for whatever reason, they just cancel the appointment, reschedule for another day and then leave you a message. When you calk them back to say you can't make it they sound shocked and surprised. They think you're sat at home doing nothing.The nurses make assumptions about you and don't actually ask any questions. They just go off on a tangent. Sick to the back teeth with this lot.Bring back Dr Kaur from retirement! It was better ran then.

This service is oversubscribed which makes it completely inaccessible and impossible to use. i?d recommend using a different service

They avoid you and refer you to pharmacy for getting worse we call the surgery practice to book an appointment with the doctor but they try there best to avoid you ?.

This practise should be shut down and not allowed to operate by law. They are not qualified to run a surgery where people can go when in need to receive the care in order to recover from their illness. They will refer you to the pharmacy when you need any medication that only the doctor can prescribe like antibiotics. They will not allow you to see the doctor when you are really are unwell and need to be seen. They will do their best to avoid you at all cost and refer you to the hospital or pharmacy to waste your time and make your symptoms worsen so that you suffer more. They are operating under a false persona as a GP surgery . Don?t be fooled stay away if you value your health. Seek a decent law abiding practise where they are operating legitimately and truly care for your well-being.

The place and facilities are great, not too crowded either when I go. Sometimes there is a bit of wait but where isn't? The staff, receptionists and GPs have always been kind...there is pharmacy downstairs, but only cash is acceptable which isn't the best but got used to it ... Happy with the place in general as its near me

Dr' s are patronising . Very reluctant to understand ones reason for contacting.Behave like they are doing you a favour . Very reluctant to deal with hospital letters , almost as if they are not confident in themselves . Not quiet sure what they get paid to do other than to stress the patients. I had to find a private prescriber to get a private prescription as dr.refused . Felt much better after taking the private prescription medication. Dr's Very incompetent .

I tried to make an urgent appointment to see Doctor Grant was put on a triage system told them my serious problems of being sick every time I eat or drink and severe stomach pain, no one got back to me. over the weekend I was taken into hospital as I called 999, had a burst appendix and was very poorly could have died, still have no appointment with a doctor. the management of this practice is so poor that its not worth being a patient there. This was posted to raise awareness across the NHS.

The worst service that I ever had from a gp. I have been waiting 4 weeks for get an urgent appointment and they change it without my consent. The receptionist are rude. I really don?t recommend this gp.

It?s extremely hard to get an appointment here. The AskMyGP service sometimes goes offline even 3 minutes after 8:00. It?s horrible. I have been trying to get an appointment for 3 days and while I am completing the questions the system goes off. They should do something with this issue. It?s not normal to have less than 10 minutes window. What type of healthcare system is this? It shows the lack of interest and care the whole NHS has towards the patients.
