Dreadful experience in store. Went in to find some earrings I've been wanting and I've had a really bad week and was looking forward to getting them. I came in store and was asked to queue around and then ask if I wanted any help. The earrings I wanted were at the end of this one way queue. I stand for a second while others get served and then I find a member of staff and she gives me a funny look and says I need to get in the queue, I explained I had been in the queue (baring in mind she actually saw and spoke to us on the way in but just forgot) and she said I had to queue again? I think she just didn't want to admit she messed up and forgot I had already queued and looked a fool for enforcing the rule when I had already done this. No apology, sale lost. My mum was shortly behind her so I told her not to buy anything either. I would half understand if the store was busy but it was fairly quiet, zero excuses for such poor customer service and assumptions made by staff. Don't know what makes me look like a queue jumper who lies about queue jumping but whatever. Member of staff had brown hair and doesn't know how to apologise for being wrong.

Bought a birthstone charm via click and collect from here around 2 years ago, we live about an hour away. One stone fell out after about a year and when shopping in Birmingham we went into a store and asked about fixing it and were told it would have been covered by a two year warranty, but they couldn?t do anything without the receipt. I eventually found the receipt in my old e-mail account and contacted online customer services who told me that I had to go back to the store I collected it from! By this point due to customer service not being available over the weekend it was one day out of warranty! Anyway I e-mailed the Manchester store directly and explained and got an immediate reply asking for my phone number, within an hour the manager (I assume, her name was Danielle) had phoned the store nearest my home and arranged for me to collect it there. I spend a lot at Pandora as my daughter loves the brand, and my experience in Birmingham and with online customer services (not great!) had put me off a little, however this completely restored my faith in them. Great service

More staff than customers but still had to stand in a queue for 10 mins to get in, which was fine till I tried to make a purchase only to go out and rejoin the SAME queue again !!! Apparently there?s no browsing (wasn?t told) to make it worse assistant (trainee) was both rude and obnoxious (actual sales assistant that helped me in the end was very helpful) atrocious customer service def wouldn?t shop here again !!!

Needed to exchange as I ordered the wrong size online. Staff made the process straight forward and hassle free.

Just went in for a repair on some bracelets and was served by a girl called Sophie (I think). She professionally explained to us that they had some complications with some of their previous repairs so replaced the bracelet entirely. Such a lovely girl - will definitely be returning after the amazing level of service. Thankyou!

Very tiny shop, always crowded and a confusing browsing system where you squeeze through the store and then come back to the entrance to line up to be served.Went in to buy my little sister a charm for her birthday, every attendant in there was beyond rude. No eye contact, zero customer service training. The last straw was when I went to the till to pay we had to interrupt the girls gossiping at the front desk and then during the payment process, the girl serving had her head on a 90 degree tilt looking away from us at something much more interesting apparently. The vibe was very ?I?m too good to be here?. A little customer service training wouldn?t go amiss. I won?t be going back.

Came in today with a friend to get matching ingraved necklaces and we were served by the most lovely lady, I think her name was Fliss, she was so helpful and made the experience so enjoyable so I just wanted to say thank you to her xx

Didn't have my ring size but gave me the code to order online which I did. Lovely clean store, sometimes you do have to wait your turn as it's very popular.

I been there today to get few rings for my family . I?m very impressed with the excellent customer service of Lilly . She was very kind and friendly. I have purchased a very beautiful gift set . Thank you pandora and thank you Lilly for being so helpful. I?m amazed the way she works it makes me feel like pandora is her own company :-) . She seems so dedicated and loyal with the company. Very disappointing experience at Pandora Trafford today. I was made to feel I was inconveniencing the staff, most of which seemed incapable of a smile. I know that the structure is as such that you have to wait to be served, however, you get made to feel like a criminal for browsing. I had every intention of purchasing something in Pandora today, however, as I was slightly indecisive between a tennis bracelet and bangle, clearly annoying the staff member serving me, I thought it best to take my custom elsewhere.Having worked in the customer service industry in the past (a jewellers) I recognize the importance of a smile and friendly disposition. This was not my experience today and it's a simple thing to do. Very disappointing for a popular high street name as Pandora.

Fantastic after sales service from the staff at the TC. I popped in with a bracelet which had broken, a new one was ordered to be delivered to my home address & it arrived the next day. Very impressive. Unfortunately it doesn't have the name of the person who served me on my receipt.

Huge queues and horrifically clinical ambience. The staff are friendly when you do finally meet them.
