Absolutely shocking service! Made an appointment to review my account which I needed to cancel, disgraceful service and was unable to get it through to the girl on the phone that I did not know my customer and simply 'just guess 2 numbers' is not good enough. Have not managed to cancel my appointment in the end and have decided to change banks. Absolutely shocking.

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the amount of servers on the front desk at peak times as sonetimes you can be waiting a while

Been calling for over an hour and do not seem to know how to answer the phone. Ridiculous.
