Went in the shop today for carpet offcut, underlay and gripper rods.The owner took the time to check through different rolls and sorted me out with everything i needed. Very helpful. Thanks

We were given good service when choosing our carpets and taking measurements of the rooms. The main issues are with the fitters they use:- They marked our fresh painted walls when moving carpet in and out of the house.- The damp underlay bags (after being dragged inside the house) we?re lent up on the walls and green was transferred onto the fresh painted walls.- The carpets had a smell of cigarette smoke (one of them was a smoker) after they were installed.- The front door was left open all day and into the evening in November causing the temperature of the house to drop drastically over a long period of time. Inconsiderate seeing as the price of heating is currently through the roof.- The landing step was not finished straight and looked rushed which we requested to fix after they had left.I bought up some of the points above with Adam. He reassured me the marks would clean off the walls with a ?magic sponge? and that he will deliver one through the post. 3 months since the carpets were installed and still no sign of the sponge even after multiple calls and messages to remind him.Overall I wouldn?t use this company again from the experience we had.

Welcomed, pointed in the right direction for what I wanted. All my questions answered, expectations managed, quote booked.... turned up on time... fabulous, can't say more than that... reason I came here, my son & his fiance chose here, they've just had laminates fitted through the ground floor and stairs & bedroom carpets fitted. Apart from the quality of the products, the fitters too are top quality and did an amazing job.

Hi I had a bedroom carpet fitted after popping into the showroom, young man that served me was polite and helpful and I didn?t feel rushed , which is important to me. They kept both appointments on time as agreed and the carpet fitter Terry did a marvellous job went above and beyond. I ended up in hospital before it was fitted and he helped move stuff that should have been moved , and he fixed another carpet that had a ripple in from a different shop. My mum who oversaw the job for me due to me been in hospital said he was great also. I would like to thank him for a professional job I am very pleased. Would definitely recommend Terry and carpet Wearhouse. I will use them again for sure thank you

Your lads were excellent fitting our new bed room carpet. They tided up after well after themselves We already knew of your business, having used you previously to replace our hall carpet with hardwearing laminate boards which we are very happy with today

Adam and his team are brilliant. We wouldn't go anywhere else for carpets and flooring. We also recently bought an ottoman bed, which Adam expertly put together for us. Can't rate this place highly enough.

I had most of my house carpeted and I?m really pleased with the quality of the carpets, service and fitting.Ray, Adam and the staff were very friendly and helpful and i would definitely recommend them to anyone, thanks again.

We ordered some vinyl from Ray at Swinton Discount Warehouse a little while ago. We had a few initial problems with our purchase, through no fault of their own. We want to just say that the aftercare we received was second to none. Ray went out of his way to make things right. He couldn't have done more.
